Founder Stacey brings over 23 years of experience across both the NHS and private healthcare sector, with a background that combines clinical expertise and commercial insight. Over the years, she has worked hands-on in healthcare while also building strong experience in business development, training, and consultancy.

More recently, Stacey has been delivering communication skills training and consultancy support within businesses, helping teams improve the way they speak, sell, lead, and connect with others. What became clear very quickly was this: although industries may differ, people are still people and great communication creates powerful results wherever you go.

As more companies outside of healthcare began asking Stacey to bring her training into their teams, one thing became impossible to ignore: the same communication challenges show up everywhere, and so do the same opportunities for growth.
